The Continuity Of The Traditional Culture Of Arcade--On the sustainable renewal of the commercial district along Yide Road,Guangzhou

Under the impact of urban construction and economic development, the sustainable development of the traditional arcade is being challenged and confronting difficulties.This paper conducts a synthetic and comprehensive analysis of this typical case, from the policy of the macro development of the city to the specific scale and mode of buildings. Furthermore, in the hope of providing certain help to the protection and preservation of the traditional arcade culture, a plan for realizing the sustainable development of arcade district is put forward in this paper.
