| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the concept of "certified email" and the email service it provides to insure non reputation communication. A brief introduction to the research actuality of the certified email was given. A certified email protocol based on PKI was put forward and the security and efficiency of the protocol was analyzed. The key technology of the protocol implementation was introduced. |
