摘    要:在我国现代化建设关键时期,无论是建设创新型国家,还是建设创新型园区,都必须坚持走中国特色自主创新道路.在这个背景下,要把增强高新区自主创新能力贯彻到现代化建设的各个方面.首先要建设一个有助于持续推进高新区自主创新的生态环境系统.在这个系统中,影响自主创新的因素很多,其中,最关键的因素是创新型体制、创新型企业和创新型人才.它们之间的互动及其结果,不仅直接影响高新区自主创新活动的展开,而且在很大程度上决定着高新区自主创新发展的可持续性.因此,对高新区自主创新可持续发展相关因素进行深入的分析和研究,对于优化高新区自主创新生态环境,持续提高自主创新能力,有着极其重要的理论和现实意义.

Abstract:In the crucial period of Chinese modernization,we must adhere to the Chinese characteristics self- innovation road, whether to build an innovative country or an innovative park. In this context, we should enhance the ability of self-innovation into all aspects of modernization. First an eco-environmental system must be built to contribute to high-tech self-innovation. In this system,there are too many factors,and the crucial factors are innovation system, innovative companies and innovative talents. The interaction and results among them not only affect the activities of high-tech self-innovation directly, but also determine the sustainability of high-tech self- innovation to a large extent. Therefore, the analysis and study on the sustainability of high-tech self-innovation and the related factors has an extremely important theoretical and practical significance, for optimizing the self- innovation coo-environmental system, and for increasing the self-innovation capability.
