含表面裂纹圆柱壳体的热力耦合效应

摘    要:应用有限元方法对热-力耦合作用下含表面裂纹的圆柱壳体进行了分析计算,得到了局部加热条件下圆柱壳体结构的三维温度场以及热-力耦合作用下圆柱壳体结构三维断裂情况的数值模拟结果,所得结果说明温度升高使裂纹趋向闭合,这于实际情况是相符的.

Abstract:Thermal-elastic fracture of hollow cylinder with a semi-elliptic surface crack under thermal stress and inner pressure is investigated. The analysis is performed by means of fracture theory and finite element method, and a three-dimensional finite element program is developed to determine the temperature field and displacement field. The numerical simulation results show that the surface crack tends to close gradually with the temperature increases, which accords with the fact.
