浅谈高职院校复合图书馆的创新服务

随着图书馆的发展,高职院校图书馆也逐渐进入复合图书馆时代。为了适应复合图书馆时代用户服务的新变化,高职院校图书馆必须优化文献资源建设、培养读者信息素养、提高馆员素质、开展个性化服务,进行复合图书馆的创新服务。探讨了复合图书馆读者服务的特点,提出了高职院校复合图书馆实现创新服务的途径。

Along with the development of the library, higher vocational college＇ s library has gradually entered the era of hybrid library. In order to adapt to the new changes of user service of hybrid library, higher vocational coUege＇ s library must optimize the construction of literature resources, cuhivate readers＇ information literacy, improve librarians＇ quality, and carry out hybrid library＇s personalized service. This paper expounds that the hybrid library is the inevitable choise of higher vocational college＇ s library, probes into the features of hybrid library＇ s service for readers, and puts forward some paths for higher vocational college＇ s hybrid hbrary to realize the innovative service.
