河北省兴办专业合作社的现状与改革对策

兴办专业合作社是实现基层供销社改革的可行之路,河北省供销社在这方面走在了全国的前列。通过兴办专业合作社既促进了农业产业化的发展,又密切了供销社与农民的关系,促进了供销社自身改革的深化。但在发展的过程中还存在着数量少、规模小、利益机制不完善等等问题,需要通过增加数量、提高质量、完善机制、扩大规模等措施不断加以改进。
