主编职责与学报策划

根据岗位职责和时代发展，学报主编必须具备策划意识，负起学报策划的责任，对学报进行全面策划，其中包括特色策划、刊名策划、栏目策划、精品策划、形式策划、发行策划等。主编在学报策划中，应该反立足点放在学术性上，放在主办机构的学术特色上，放在学术论文和学术信息上。

Duty of the Chief Editor and Planning of the Journal

With the development of society,the chief editor,according to his duty,is supposed to have a sense of planning of the journal,especially the overall planning of the journal,including its characteristic,title ,column,good articles,source of articles,form and publication.In planning the journal,the chief editor must put e phasis on the academic nature,on the academic characteristic of the publisher that runs the journal,on the research papers,and on the academic information.
