9种川产道地中药材微量金属元素含量分析

摘    要:采用微波消解及ICP-AES电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱法对9种川产道地中药材中Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、Mn、Fe、Mo和B 11种元素含量进行了分析测定.结果表明:不同药材之间元素含量差异较大,检测药材中有5种药材Cd超标,1种药材Cr超标.从重金属总含量来看,仅麦冬和川明参达到相关标准,其他7种中药材中总重金属均超标.因此,需要加强对中药材种植、生产、加工和储存等环节管理和监测.该方法简便、快速、可靠,具有良好的精密度和准确度,加标回收率在94.69%~104.27%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.63%~4.37%,可作为川产道地药材生产及其加工中重金属元素含量分析的方法,也可为中药材质量检测和质量控制提供参考.

Abstract:The contents of the eleven dements such as Cr, Co,Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb, Mn, Fe, Mo and B in nine Sichuan truebom herbs are determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with microwave digestion. The experimental results indicate that the contents of elements among nine truebom herbs are obviously different. The content of Cd exceeds national standard in five herbs, and Cr exceeds national standard in one herb.According to the total content of heavy metals in nine herbs,only ophiopogon japonicus and chuanminshen violaceum meet national standard, and the other seven exceed na- tional standard. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management and monitoring about cultivation, production, processing and storage of herbs. This analytic method is simple,fast and reliable,and has good precision and accuracy. The recoveries obtained by standard addition method are between 94.69% and 104.27% ,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is in the range of 0.63% -4.37% .This method can be used to analyze the contents of heavy metal elements in producing and processing of Sichuan truebom herbs, and can be also used as a reference for quality testing and quality control of herbs.
