| 摘 要： | 三峡库区由于受到地理条件、气候条件等因素的影响,农业发展一直比较落后。通过对国内外农业合作组织发展的研究,并结合三峡库区的区情来看,发展农业合作组织是三峡库区农业发展的最优选择,但当前在三峡库区农业合作组织的发展进程中,出现了一些问题,严重影响了三峡库区农业合作组织和＂三农＂的发展。就此问题,本文结合制度经济学进行了一定程度的思考。
