| 摘 要： | 在11年的建设实践中,上饶中小企业信用担保体系在政府管理职能、担保机构发展等方面取得了一定成绩,而在信用担保机制、信用担保专业化规模化方面仍有不足,总之还处于探索阶段,可以从信用担保的制度建设、组织建设、资金运筹和人才培养等四个方面入手,大力推进和完善上饶中小企业信用担保体系建设。

| Abstract: | In 11 years of construction practice, Shangrao small and medium enterprise credit guarantee system has already obtained certain results in the management function of the government, the development of guarantee mechanism, etc. But it is still insufficient in its mechanism, specialization and scale. In short, it is still in the exploratory stage. It is possible to vigorously promote and improve the credit guarantee system of small and medium - sized enterprises in Shangrao from the credit guarantee system construction, organization constmction, funds management and talent cultivation. |
