摘    要:为了加深理解和掌握物质旋光性质及旋光率的变化规律,采用2种不同实验仪器和方法测量不同浓度溶液的旋光率,一种是利用WXG-4型圆盘旋光仪的三分视场明暗变化测量物质旋光率;另一种是将氦氖激光器、偏振片P1、P2放在同一水平线上,转动P2,使电流表示数达到最小值,然后将待测物放在P1、P2之间,电流表示数将发生变化,再次转动P2,使电流表再次达到最小值,P2第二次转过的角度就是待测物的旋光度。实验结果得出,旋光度与待测物质的长度和浓度成正比例关系,而物质的旋光率是物质本身性质,不随外界条件变化而变化。

Abstract:In order to further understand and master the material optical properties and optical rotation rate,two different experimental apparatus and methods used to measure rotation rate of several solutions with different concentrations in this paper.One is about WXG-4 type disc polarimeter,the other is using He-Ne laser and polarizing plate P1,P2 and the when the current representation number is a minimum value,the material is placed between P1,P2,current representation number will change.When the P2 is turned again,the current will reach a minimum value again,then the angle of P2 turned is the tested object rotation.The results of experiments demonstrate that the concentration and the length of the material measured is in proportion to the optical rotation,while specific rotation is the character of materials themselves and no variation with the outsides conditions.
