温州产业在严峻的国内外经济环境下，受到前所未有的冲击和考验，升级成为必然。在梳理产业升级相关理论的基础上，通过借鉴国外产业升级经验，分析了温州三产业升级优势，并探讨了温州三产业升级的路径，即逐步增大第三产业比重，实现第二产业向第三产业升级；促进现有产业向高附加值产业、新兴产业和高新技术产业转换；对企业内部进行改造升级，提升企业竞争力；对企业价值链环节进行升级。

Study on the Advantages and Approaches of Industrial Upgrading in Wenzhou

Under unprecedented impact and challenge, it is very necessary for Wenzhou industry to upgrade in severe domestic and international economic environment. Based on some related theories about industry upgrade and learning some foreign experience, the author analyses the advantages and the approaches of industry upgrading in Wenzhou. The specific ways are as follows, namely, to increase the proportion of the tertiary industry gradually, to realize the upgrading of the secondary industry to the tertiary industry, to promote the conversion of existing industry to high value-added industry, emerging industry and high-tech industry, to reform and upgrade within the enterprise so as to promote the competitiveness and to upgrade each link of the value chain in enterprise.
