| 摘 要： | 詈骂作为人类社会行为“异端”之一种，广泛存在于各个历史时期。秦汉时期詈骂的特点是：詈骂的范围扩大，詈语的种类增多，詈骂的法规带有身份歧视。詈骂现象广泛存在于秦汉社会，反映了秦汉社会的一些重要文化观念。

| Abstract: | Swearing, as a kind of ＂heresy＂ of human social behavior, widely exists in various historical periods. The swearing in the Qin and Han Dynasties was characterized by： expanded swearing scope, increased range of swearing words, and identity discrimination in sweating regulations. The fact that swearing phenomena were widely existed in the Qin and Han societies reflects some important cultural concept of the Qin and Han societies. |
