摘    要:参与农业科技创新是合作社获取竞争优势、提高农民收入的重要举措,但同时也面临巨大的创新风险。根据农民专业合作社技术创新的特征,从合作社因素、外部环境因素、技术因素三个维度构建了合作社参与农业科技创新的风险范式,并结合合作社的企业特征和发展状况,提出相应的防范对策。

Abstract:Participation in scientific and technological innovation of agriculture is one of the most important factors for Cooperatives to gain competitive advantage and to improve farmers' income, but Cooperatives must face a huge risk of innovation. According to the risk characteristics of Cooperatives' technology innovation, this paper constructs a risk paradigm from three dimensions of Cooperatives' internal factors, external environment factors, and technical factors. Based on the paradigm as well as cooperatives' enterprise characteristics and development status, a set of corresponding risk-preventing countermeasures is formulated
