| 摘 要： | 行政伦理失范是行政权力的一种异化现象,在我国目前社会转型期普遍存在.这不仅与行政体制、行政人员等因素有关,也与社会环境有关.要解决行政伦理失范的问题,必须认识行政伦理失范的表现,剖析其原因,从而选择防范转型期行政伦理失范的方式.

| Abstract: | The ethical fault of administration is a kind of alienative pheno me non of administrative power. At present, there are lots of such phenomena in our administrative activity in the Chinese transition period. It is related not onl y to the factors such as adminstrative system and the administrative subject, bu t also to the social environment. To solve the problem, we must understand the b ehaviors of the ethical fault of administration, analyse their causes and choose the proper preventions. |
