基于静电流量计的气体钻井返出岩屑流量监测

摘    要:气体钻井以其经济、环保,高效等优势已逐步成为油气勘探开发的重要手段。由于地质的复杂性,在钻井过程中容易发生井壁失稳以及井下燃爆等问题,通过井口返出岩屑可以了解井下复杂情况,防止井下事故的发生。本文基于静电积累原理,利用COMSOL软件建立了岩屑监测模型,模拟分析不同质量流量下静电传感器的电势分布,设计了岩屑流量测量装置,以石英砂代替岩屑,测量了输出电压与气体流量以及石英砂颗粒质量流量的关系。研究结果表明,静电传感器电势与带电颗粒质量流量具有较好的线性关系,影响静电传感器信号强度的因素主要为岩屑质量流量,两者之间具有较强的线性关系;静电传感器的信号受风速影响明显,风速越大,灵敏度越高,且线性相关性越好。该方法可为气体钻井岩屑监测提供一种新的方法,对气体钻井现场安全作用具有重要意义。

Abstract:Gas drilling has gradually become an important means of oil and gas exploration and development due to its advantages of economy, environmental protection and high efficiency. Due to the complexity of geology, problems such as wellbore instability and downhole explosion are prone to occur during the drilling process. Through the return of cuttings from the wellhead, the complicated situation of the downhole can be understood and the occurrence of downhole accidents can be prevented. Based on the principle of electrostatic accumulation, this paper establishes a cuttings monitoring model with COMSOL software, simulates and analyzes the potential distribution of the electrostatic sensor under different mass flow rates, designs a cuttings flow measurement device, replaces the cuttings with quartz sand, and measures the output voltage and gas flow rate. And the relationship between the mass flow rate of quartz sand particles. The research results show that the electrostatic sensor potential has a good linear relationship with the mass flow of charged particles. The main factor affecting the signal strength of the electrostatic sensor is the mass flow of cuttings, and there is a strong linear relationship between the two. The signal of the electrostatic sensor is affected by the wind speed. The effect is obvious, the higher the wind speed, the higher the sensitivity, and the better the linear correlation. The method can provide a new method for gas drilling cuttings monitoring, which is of great significance to the safety of gas drilling sites.
