摘    要:目前,电场抑垢研究兴趣集中于电场对碳酸钙晶体形貌的改变,电场对已成垢的颗粒是否有抑垢作用鲜有研究。针对电场颗粒污垢抑垢机理不明的问题,提出非匀强电场颗粒物污垢抑垢模型,解释了电场对流体管道内污垢颗粒存在抑垢作用。电场60V至180V、频率50Hz、颗粒质量100条件下研究结果表明:匀强电场并不会使颗粒产生抑垢作用,颗粒污垢在非匀强电场受到介电泳力(),改变原本运动轨迹,达到抑垢的效果。随着电场强度升高,碳酸钙颗粒受到的从,升至。硫酸钙受到的从升至。碳酸镁颗粒受到的升至。电场强度对多种污垢颗粒产生的,是影响抑垢效果的关键因素。

Abstract:In order to deeply explore the dirt inhibition characteristics of particles in fluid pipelines under the action of electric field, the non-uniform electric field particle dirt suppression model is established based on the common calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and magnesium carbonate particle dirt. By analyzing the force of dirt particles and establishing the equation of motion, the electric field is deeply studied on the dirt suppression characteristics of various particles. The results show that the non-uniform electric field can cause the movement trajectory deviation of the particle dirt. Particle dirt is subjected to dielectric electrophoresis force in non-uniform electric field, and the direction of the force is to deviate from the field strength of the large area, changing the original motion trajectory and achieving the effect of scale suppression. Among them, the calcium carbonate dirt particles have a significant scaling effect, followed by calcium sulfate particles, and finally magnesium carbonate, the electric field is between 60V and 180V, the frequency is 50Hz, and the particle mass is 100 ug, and the dielectric electrophoresis force of calcium carbonate particles rises from "3.8×1" "0" ^"-9" "N" to "2.7×1" "0" ^"-8" "N" . The dielectric charge of calcium sulfate rises from "1.6×1" "0" ^"-9" "N" to "2.1×1" "0" ^"-8" "N" . The dielectric electrophoresis force of magnesium carbonate particles"1.5×1" "0" ^"-9" "N" rises to"1.8×1" "0" ^"-8" "N" . The dielectric electrophoresis force generated by the electric field strength on a variety of dirt particles is a key factor affecting the effect of scale suppression.
