教师职业倦怠的成因与对策

摘    要:近年来,关于教师职业倦怠的研究成为教师教育研究的热点问题。采用Maslach和Jakson职业倦怠理论,从教师情绪状态、人格状态和个人成就感三方面分析当前教师职业倦怠的表现;探究教师职业倦怠的成因,发现教师多重压力过大、地位和薪酬与付出不符、职业理想目标缺失等是教师职业倦怠的原因;从教师自身构建强大的职业动力和营造良好的外部环境两个方面,提出教师职业倦怠的应对策略。

Causes and Countermeasuves of Teachers' Job Burnout

Abstract:Teacher occupational burnout( TOB) is one of the focuses in recent teacher education research.By using Maslach and Jakson's theories of occupational burnout,this paper analyses the TOB manifestations in terms of emotional state,personality state and the sense of individual achievement,and probes into the causes,believing that stress,disagreement between their workload and their social status and salaries,and loss of professional ideals or goals work together to bring out TOB. The way out of TOB is to build up professional motivation and good external environment.
