| 摘 要： | 作为一种新的媒体，移动电视具有覆盖广泛、反应迅速、移动性强的特点。它除了具有传统媒体的宣传和欣赏功能外，还具备城市应急信息发布的功能，可全天候、宽覆盖、高可靠性地进行工作。在展望列车移动电视发展前景的同时，提出了发展列车移动电视应注意的问题。 |

| Abstract: | As a new media, the mobile TV possesses the features of the widespread overlap, rapid reflection and strong mobility. Besides the publicizing and appreciating functions of the traditional media, the mobile TV, which possesses the function of issuing the urban emergency information, can provide the all-weather services with widespread overlap and higher reliability. This paper looks forward to the developing prospect of the train mobile TV, and puts forward some problems needing attention in developing the train mobile TV. |
