多段法渗碳的数学模型及其物理意义

摘    要:目前最佳渗碳工艺方法 ,是在整个渗碳过程中对碳势进行台阶式控制。这一过程可以看成是一个多段渗碳过程。本文建立了多段法渗碳的数学模型 ,并讨论其物理意义。运用线性偏微分方程的可迭加性质所求得的碳浓度分布函数能够描述多段法渗碳过程的物理本质。

Abstract:The better technological process now is the step control of carbon potential during carburizing.It can be considered a multi stage carburizing.In this article,the mathematics model of multi stage carburizing is obtained and its physical meaning is discussed.The carbon concentration distribution function derived from partial linear differential equation by applying the feasibility of repeat adding can describe the innate character of multi stage carburizing.
