高压断路器寿命可靠性判断法

针对在非完全寿命试验条件下判别高压断路器可靠性的方法,为进一步开展相关研究提供理论依据、促进高压电器行业的发展。结合高压断路器寿命分布实例,提出了建立高压断路器寿命可靠性判别模型的基本方法,并应用极大似然函数的数学方法对其进行分析和判别。通过对断路器寿命的均值和方差进行估计,判断出高压断路器首次故障时间。所建立的可靠性判别模型、判定方法及计算结果,对研究和评价高压断路器寿命可靠性等技术参数具有一定的理论价值和实际指导意义。

Judgment method of reliability of life span of high voltage circuit breaker

A method to judge the reliability of high voltage circuit breaker under the non-complete life span trial conditions put forward in order to offer some theoretical evidence for further relevant research and improve the development of high voltage. With the cases of the distribution of the life span of high voltage circuit breaker, the basic method to judge the models of the reliability of the life span of high voltage circuit breaker is proposed and it is analyzed and judged with the applied math approach and the maximum likelihood function. Through the estimation of the mean value and variance of breaker's life span, the first breakdown time of high voltage circuit breaker will be set. The establishment of models and calculation, judgment and reckon to fit for the reliability of high voltage circuit breaker for long life span is instructive and valuable to assess and research the technical parameters, such as the reliability of high voltage circuit breaker.
