摘    要:加入WTO后,我国零售业面临着更大的困难和挑战。阐述了中国零售业的现状及问题,分析了外国零售业在我国的发展现状及竞争策略,针对中国零售业遭遇强敌挑战和冲击,提出了我国零售业应该采取的竞争措施。

Abstract:After joining the WTO, our country's retail trade is facing the bigger difficulties and challenges. This paper expounds the present situation of and problems in Chinese retail trade, analyzes on the current development of the foreign retail trade and its competition strategy, and in the light of the challenges and impacts of the strong competitors, puts forward some competition measures that should be taken by Chinese retail trade.
