微变形镜补偿激光器波前畸变

摘    要:推导出热畸变与微变形镜镜面形变量及反射镜驱动单元上电压的关系,建立了补偿激光器腔内畸变的自适应光学系统试验平台.试验结果表明,给变形镜的37个驱动电极施加不同的控制电压,改变镜面弯曲程度.能有效校正激光波前畸变,为基于微变形镜的自适应光学在热畸变校正系统中的应用提供了必要的试验依据.

Abstract:The relationships between thermal aberration and the deflection of the MEMS-DMs,the voltage of MEMS-DMs poles are deduced.An experimental platform of adaptive optics system for compensating the aberrations in laser resonators was set up.The experimental results show that wave front aberration of laser could be corrected effectively by exerting different control voltage on 37 drive electrodes of deformable mirror and changing bend degree of mirror face,and provide essential experimental evidence for application of adaptive optics based on MEMS-DMs in thermal aberration correcting system.
