| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the present situation of Chinese securities market, this paper puts forward some measures for perfecting the securities market, which include establishing the omni-directional and multi-level capital market,remodeling the image of the listed companies, perfecting the laws and regulations, strengthening the supervisions, and solving rationally the separation of the stoke right, etc. |
