聚丙烯夹筋水泥包装袋用胶粘剂的研究

以一种新型的高效引发剂,在甲苯-乙酸乙酯混合溶剂中进行氯丁橡胶(CR)与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)的接枝共聚反应。研究了引发剂用量及加入方式、反应温度,单体用量、搅拌方式等因素对CR与BA接枝共聚反应的影响。实验结果表明:在以CR与BA接枝共聚反应过程中,伴有一定的CR降解反应;使用通用型CR3211-BA接枝共聚物配制的胶粘剂在室温下粘结不经表面处理的聚丙烯(PP)编织袋,剥离强度为0.429 kN/m,已达到BG胶的指标(0.39 kN/m);粘结PP-牛皮纸,达到牛皮纸被撕破的强度,可以满足聚丙烯夹筋水泥包装袋的使用要求。

Study on the Adhes ive of Polypropylene Strengthened Cement Packaging Bag

The graft copolymerization of butyl acrylate(BA)onto chloroprene rubber(CR) is carried out in methylbenzene-ethyl acetate solvent by using a new type of efficient initiator. The effects of the dosage and feeding mode of the initiator, the reaction temperature, the dosage of the monomer and agitating on the graft copolymerization have been studied. The results showed that some chain degradations took place during the graft copolymerization process. The stripping st rength of untreated PP packaging bag bonded by the adhesive prepared by the GR-BA graft copolymer at room temperature is up to 0.429kN/m, which meet the needs of BG adhesive(0.39kN/m). Brown paper is torn when the adhesive is used for adhesion between PP and brown paper. Theftfore, the prpeared adhesive can satisfy requirents of PP strengthened cement packaging bag.
