四层瓦楞纸制板机控制系统

摘    要:为用四层瓦楞纸替代包装行业产量最大的五层瓦楞纸,降低生产成本,节约资源,针对四层瓦楞纸制板机的结构特点,设计了控制系统。采用相位式激光测厚控制策略,并通过模糊控制算法对瓦楞纸的成型精度进行调节,MATLAB仿真结果表明,设计的控制系统能够满足四层瓦楞纸生产的需要。
