| 摘 要： | 讨论了在中性施胶过程中松香酯施胶剂的结构与施胶性能的关系,分析了松香酯施胶剂组成比例和松香酯结构对施胶性能的影响,以及松香酯的施胶机理.结果表明:松香酯中性施胶中松香与松香酯的配比对施胶性能有重要的影响,松香与松香酯的最佳配比均为40%～50%.进一步研究马来松香加合物含量对中性松香胶乳液性能的影响,得出了使用7%的马来松香加合物施胶效果最佳.

| Abstract: | This paper dealt with the relation of the molecular structure of rosinate with the properties of sizing.The impact of the molecular structure and the ratio of functional group of rosinate on the sizing mechanism was inrestigated.The ratio of rosin and rosinate is the important effect factor to the properties of sizing in the rosinate neutral sizes.The best weight ratio is 40%~50%.The effect of sizing is best when the weight of malairosin is 7% through researching the effect of the weight of malairosin on the properties of rosinate neutral size emulsion. |
