| 摘 要： | 以文献资料法对心肌预处理保护的机制和方法做了综述．预处理对心脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护机制，涉及多个细胞内源性保护介质的参与，同时还包括基因水平的调控，预处理方式也是多样的．研究前沿主要涉及HSP、NO、SOD及IL-1β等物质．现有的研究表明，运动与以上物质有密切的关系，故运动作为一种心肌预处理方法，具有很大的潜在研究价值．

| Abstract: | This article reviews the mechanism and methods of precondioning, which produce the protective effects on myocardil ischemic repeffusion injury. There are many precongdiong methods that involved in cellular interior protective mediators and regulation in gene level and main substances including HSP, NO, SOD and IL- 1/3 Present studies indicate that exercise have some relations to the front mechanism and substances. |
