| 摘 要： | 将80例胸椎小关节紊乱症患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组采用胸背平衡推拿法治疗,对照组只采用常规手法治疗。观察胸背平衡推拿法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱临床疗效。发现治疗组治愈31例、好转8例、未愈1例,总有效率97.50%;对照组治愈20例、好转12例、未愈8例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组对胸椎小关节紊乱的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。得出胸背平衡推拿法对胸椎小关节紊乱的治疗有较好的疗效,充分体现了中医整体观念和辨证论治的原则,为治疗胸椎小关节紊乱提供了一种更全面的有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | 80 cases of patients with small joint disorder of thoracic vertebra were randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases and control group of 40 cases, chest-back balanced manipulation was adopted to the treatment group, while routine therapy was given to the control group. Through the observation on the clinical effects, we found that 31 cases were cured, 8 cases had efficiency and 1 case had no effect, the total efficiency was 97.50% in the treatment group; 20 cases were cured, 12 cases had efficiency and 8 cases had no effect in the control group, the total efficiency was 80%. The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The treatment of small joint disorder of thoracic vertebra by chest-back balanced manipulation has a good effect, which fully embodies the principle of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine, provi- ding a more comprehensive and effective method for the treatment of small joint disorder of thoracic vertebra. |
