摘    要:利用流体力学计算软件FLUENT对水蒸汽喷射泵的工作性能进行数值模拟,通过合理的模型假设与简化,对计算模型进行网格划分与求解,从而得到水蒸汽喷射泵的内部流体流动形态和引射系数。保持工作参数和其它几何参数不变,仅改变喷嘴距的大小,模拟计算出水蒸汽喷射泵在不同喷嘴距下的引射系数,根据引射系数和内部流场的变化情况,分析其影响规律,从而找出较好的喷嘴距取值范围。

Analysis on the Influence of Nozzle Distance on Performance of Steam Ejector Pump

Abstract:In this paper, a numerical simulation on the performance of steam ejector pump is made by fluid dynamics software FLU-ENT. Through reasonable assumptions and model simplification, the calculation model is meshed and solved. The inside fluid flow pat-tern of steam ejector pump is obtained and the entrainment ratio is calculated. Maintaining the operating parameters and other geomet-rical parameters constant, it calculates the entrainment ratio of all steam ejector pumps in different distances only by changing the dis-tance between nozzles. According to the changes of entrainment ratio and inside fluid flow pattern, it analyzes the impact of the nozzle distance and finds out a better range of the nozzle distance.
