液氮冷藏运输控制方式数值模拟分析

摘    要:液氮冷藏车利用液氮喷淋冷藏运输鲜活品,液氮冷煤是冷藏运输的重要方式之一。本文利用模拟计算分析方法,针对冷藏运输果蔬为例,分析液氮冷藏运输过程中液氮喷射控制方式、鲜活品温度变化特性和液氮耗量等特征问题。提出采用变控温方式,协调控温温差、鲜活品温变时间和喷射量之间的关系,达到最佳的鲜活品冷藏,既保证鲜活品冷藏质量,又能充分利用冷能,减少液氮耗量,同时减少液氮喷射次数,提高液氮喷射装置年限。

Abstract:Liquid nitrogen refrigerated vehicles transport fresh and living food by spraying liquid nitrogen, in which cold coal is an im- portant way. This paper, with the cases of transporting fruits and vegetables, investigates the control method of spraying liquid nitro- gen, characteristics of temperature change and liquid nitrogen consumption in the cold storage transportation by numerical simulation. An operation mode of variable temperature is presented to coordinate the temperature control difference and the relation between temper- ature variation time of food and spraying quantity, reaching the best effect. This method can not only keep a better food quality, but al- so make full use of the cold energy and reduce the liquid nitrogen consumption. Moreover, it can reduce the spraying times and prolong the life-time of the devices.
