| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校在大学生就业指导课程教学中,取得了一定的成绩,但是仍然存在一些问题,主要表现为教学计划不合理、课程内容不系统、教学形式单一、师资力量薄弱、教学效果不显著。解决当前高校就业指导课教学中存在的问题,必须加强就业指导队伍建设、课程建设和教材建设、改进教学方法,同时也要借鉴先进国家和高校的一些经验。
