| 摘 要： | 应用Mann-Whitney U检验和秩和检验法对5.12地震前后四川省房屋销售面积的数据进行差异性分析.2种方法得到的结果都表明地震前后房屋销售面积有显著性差异.5.12地震对四川省的房地产销售量在短期内产生了影响.

| Abstract: | This research uses the Mann-Whitney U test and the rank-sum test to give a difference analysis of the data of the real estate sales in Sichuan Province before and after the 5.12 earthquake.The results indicate that the sales are significantly different because 5.12 earthquake has had a short-term impact on the real estate sales in Sichuan Province. |
