| 摘 要： | 质量控制图是质量管理的主要工具之一.它在国民经济生产活动中起着十分重要的作用。我们已在1]2]3]中对X控制图的两类误判概率的计算公式及其数值结果作了讨论.本文对S控制图的两类误判概率的计算及其结果进行了讨论.对不同的样容量给出了头十点两类误判概率的计算公式和它们的数值结果.计算表明。当n=2时两类误判的可能性不能同时很小,故应慎用。由于S控制图在产品质量控制和抽样检验等方面工作中都具有很重要的作用,故本文的讨论在工业应用上是很有意义的.

| Abstract: | The quality control chart is one of the main means of quality control in a factory. It also plays an important part in national economic productivity. We discussed the formulae and their values for the Xcontrol chart in 1] 2] 31. Tn this paper these arc discussed for the S control chart. We give formulae and numerical values of probabilities for two types of errors up to the 10th point for various sample sizes in the S control chart. When n=2 the probabilities of both error types cannot become small simultaneously; so they should be used carefully. Since the S control chart has an important function in the quality control and sampling inspection of products, this discussion is very significant for industrial production applications |
