常州市运河水和饮用水的致突变研究及其评价

摘    要:1984年1月、3月和9月,取京抗大运河常州-武进段四个断面的水样,作Ames试验.结果是:上游的河水厂断面为阴性,其余三个断面都是阳性,其中石化厂断面尤为严重;检测丁堰断面运河水不同组分的致突变性,表明致突变物主要在碱性组分.结果还表明,所检水样的致突变作用一般不受S9活化系统存在与否的影响,致突变物主要是移码型的.另外,常州市第二水厂源水和出厂自来水的Ames试验结果表明,在源水加氯处理过程中会产生致突变物,从而增加饮用水的潜在危害.

Abstract:In January.March and September 1984,thc mutagenic activity of four water samples from the Changzhou-Wujin Section of the Grand Canal were examined using the Ames Test .The results were that the sample from the River Water Plant Section appeared negative while the rest positive. The sample of the Petrochemical Plant Section was especially severe. Mutagenic actions of organic pollutants in three components from the Din-yan Section were tested. The mutagenicity of the basic component was the strongest. Additionally.wc found that mutagenic activity was more prevalent in the treated water than in the raw-water source tested. This suggests that mulagenic substances can be produced through the water-purification process itself. The potcntital risk of drinking water became greater thereby
