离心泵叶轮计算机辅助几何设计

摘    要:改进离心泵叶轮的设计方法和设计手段是改进离心泵性能和提高离心泵效率的重要途径。本文在分析了目前的离心泵叶轮几何设计方法缺陷的基础上,给出了一种新的离心泵叶轮的计算机辅助几何设计方法,并在计算机上实现。该方法改善了叶轮的水利学性能,设计出的离心泵叶轮的轴面流线光顺,流道的过水断面面积变化规律符合设计要求,设计精确性和设计工作效率均大为提高。由于受篇幅所限,本文仅简述该设计方法的基本思想。

Abstract:To improve the design method and the design tool of the impeller is a key way to improve the performance and efficiency of the centrifugal pump. This paper, based on an analysis of the disadvantages of the current geometric design, offers a new CAGD method for the centrifugal pump impeiier. This is accompllshed on computer. The method improves the hydraulic performance of the impeller, with its axial channel curve sleeky and its flow path sectional area variation meeting the desing requirements. Meanwhile, both accuracy and efficiency of designing are greatly increased. As space is limited, only a brief account of the design method and its basic idea is presentsd here.
