干振挤密地基处理设计与施工的工程实践

摘    要:结合某搬迁工程填土地基处理设计施工实践,介绍了对未完成自重固结过程的堆填土采用干振碎石挤密桩加固挤密软弱地基的机理,设计方法和施工注意事项。当工程中遇到含水量较高难以成孔的填土时,介绍了利用石灰桩吸水膨胀的作用,结合沉管引孔解决了碎石桩的成孔问题的成功经验。施工工艺简单,充分利用了当地的丰富原材料,降低了工程造价。

Abstract:The mechanism,design method and construction cautions of reinforcing and compacting weak foundation with crushed stone and compacting piles via the dry vibration through the foundation treatment design and construction of a certain moving engineering and treatment of earth moving and filling for the unfinished process of consolidation by self-weight are expounded.A successful experience is presented to solve the difficult problem that the water content is too high to pile in earth filling by use of the principle of lime pile expanding after sopping up water and in conjunction of leading with steel pipe.This simple constructional process fully utilizes the rich local resources and can reduce the cost of engineering significantly.
