光伏电源无阻塞二极管控制器的仿真研究

摘    要:研究无阻塞二极管光伏电源控制器在低压光伏系统中的特性,以评估这种无阻塞控制器的工作性能,普通控制器一般采用阻塞二极管防止蓄电池夜间对光伏电池放电而浪费电能。导致光伏组件工作电压升高而使充电电流降低,降低了充电效率。分别对这两种控制器进行仿真比较,结果表明无阻塞二极管控制器较普通控制器具有更高充电效率。

Abstract:The general controller always has a blocking diode for preventing the battery discharge to the photovoltaic module, so it can save some energy. But as a result of using blocking diode, the operating voltage of photovoltaic module will be higher than battery operating voltage, so the output current and the charge efficiency fall a lot. Actually, the voltage drop on the controller without blocking diode is very small, and the voltage of battery is approximately equal to the voltage of photovoltaic module, so the charging current and charging efficiency is higher than that with general controller. So, the behavior of the controller without blocking diode controller should be researched and the working performance has been evaluated. Through comparing the controller without blocking diode with other general controller, the difference of charging efficiency and charging current was analyzed between them.
