| Abstract: | Connecting with the workflow of sci-tech novelty retrieval, this paper analyzes the functions of consultation experts in each link, points out some factors restricting the functions of consultation experts in sci-tech novelty retrieval, and puts forward some corresponding measures that should be taken by novelty retrieval institutions. |
