| Abstract: | Owing to the regional difference, there is a sharp contrast between the invalid marriages in Hong Kong and Macau respectively. They are different in that the legal cause, procedures and legal consequences are all different. It is of importance to make a comparative study on the subject as this can give hints to perfect the invalid marriage system in mainland China. |
