新时期城乡社区服务体系建设的若干思考

受经济社会发展失衡影响，现阶段城乡居民的公共服务供给主体单一、服务效率低下，各类公共服务严重不足；又因当下政府社会经营理念相对滞后、职能日益萎缩的影响，城乡居民的社会服务缺乏应有的延伸，城乡居民参与社会程度低、日常生活“泛政治化”倾向，社会矛盾凸显。因此，应努力改变目前这种城乡社区服务体系建设的现状，健全城乡社区服务体系建设。

Reflections on the Construction of New Period Rural Community Service System

under the influence of the unbalance of economic and social development, public service supply subject of urban and rural residents, the single service efficiency is low, a serious shortage of public services; and influenced by the present government social management idea lags behind, the functions of shrinking, urban and rural residents social services, lack of extension, urban and rural residents to participate in the social level is low, daily life ＂politicized＂ tendency, social conflicts. Therefore, efforts should be made to change the present situation of the construction of the urban and rural community service system, perfect the construction of urban community service system.
