| Abstract: | More English teachers with comprehensive and high qualities will be needed during the new times; the traditional qualified teachers are being queried and faced the challenge. The essay is only to study the subject, which firstly sets all the English teachers pondering over the qualities of themselves and then asks them to take the three strategies of being peak performers and so on .The final aim is to make them better developed through constant measuring finding and studying. |
