| 摘 要： | 从经济角度研究在9600千米以外的南极拖运冰山到波斯湾，将其化成冰水取代淡化的海水作为国民用水的问题．我们通过对实际问题的分析，用微积分的方法建立了冰山运输的数学模型．通过较大量的微积分计算以及使用数学软件Mathematica4．0计算，在忽略一些复杂因素的情况下得到结论：如果选用运载量为10^8米^3冰山体积的拖船并且平均以3千米／小时的速度将冰山运往波斯湾，则淡化后的海水成本比冰水的成本高出25倍．这一定程度上说明：冰山运输比海水淡化更节约成本．

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the possibility of transport of icebergs from the Antarctic to the Persian Gulf from the economic angle. We first build the mathematical mode of transport of icebergs by means of assumption of the mode. Next, the mode is solved by a great quantity of calculation of Calculus and Mathematics 4.0. Finally, we obtain the conclusion: the cost of seawater by desalination is about 25 times higher than that of the icewater if we use a towboat with a volume of is 10~8 m~3 (the volume of icebergs) and it navigates at the speed of 3 kilometres for each hour. |
