摘    要:我国私营企业劳资关系的失衡,是制约构建和谐社会的重要因素。在我国目前市场经济体制发育不成熟的情况下,优化私营企业的劳资关系,政府的作用不容忽视。科学界定政府在协调私营企业劳资关系的地位,把私营企业劳资矛盾控制在既有的社会秩序范围之内,才能保证社会的和谐发展。

Abstract:Private imbalance in the labor relations is an important factor restricting the building of a harmonious society. Immature market economic system in China's current situation,optimize labor relations in the private sector,the government s role should not be overlooked. Scientific definition of the status of the govemment in coordinating labor relations in the private sector, the private sector in controlling labor conflicts within the scope of the existing social order and ensure the harmonious development of the society.
