玻璃转子流量计检定前调与后调流量的对比分析

摘    要:玻璃转子流量计在检定过程中,因调节气体流量的方法不同会直接影响检定结果的准确度.针对这一问题,采用氧气、二氧化碳2种气体分别作为栓定介质,利用容积法对玻璃转子流量计分别采用前调与后调流量的方法进行对比实验.根据实测实验数据进行分析研究,证实了对气体流量的调节采用后调流量的方法,可使检定误差大大减小,因而进一步提高了检定...

Abstract:When glass rotor flow meter being test,due to using different methods of regulating,the gas flow will directly affect the accuracy of test results.Aiming at the problem,oxygen and carbon dioxide are used as test media,with the volume method,the contrasting experiments use transfer way of before and after adjustment flow.Based on the analysis of the measured data,we confirmed that the test error could be greatly reduced by using the method after the transfer,and the accuracy of the calibration results would be improved further.The study is not only significant for improving the accuracy in the actual work,but also improving the accuracy of flow meter when actually used.
