| 摘 要： | 为了解决电站锅炉空气预热器传统非接触式密封漏风率过高的问题，本文提出了一种新型的接触式柔性密封。通过实验的方法比较了V型和U型密封试件，结果表明U型密封结构更适合于空气预热器。对U型密封试件的7个结构参数的分析表明，随着波数、波深和总长的增加，密封性能增强；随着厚度的减小，密封性能增强；波距、初始长度和迎角不影响密封性能。
