地沟油的安全快速检测研究

摘    要:通过实验研究了用电导率法和折光率法来鉴别地沟油。通过丙酮处理后直接测定电导率,进行比较分析,可以作为地沟油与合格食用油的快速鉴别方法;直接测定油样的折光率,不同油品数值相差较大,也可将其作为鉴别地沟油和合格食用油的一种方法。

Abstract:The identification of discard-oil was studied and experimented by using methods of electrical conductivity and refractive index in the paper.The electrical conductivity values in the oil samples are directly determined after the acetone processing and then,a comparative analysis is made,which can be used as a fast identification method to determine the discard-oil or qualified cooking oil.The differences of refractive index values directly determined with different of oil samples are very big,so it can also...
