| Abstract: | This paper expounds the relation between the positioning of universi ty's reference room and the developing of the personnel of the reference room, a nd points out that the university should make clear the task of the reference ro om in providing the navigating service for the specialized information, establis hing the developing target of its personnel and perfecting the specialized knowl edge structure of its personnel for the purpose of realizing the target of provi ding the better service for university's teaching and scientific research. |
