摘    要:给出一种注射速率的直接确定方法。数值模拟采用隐式控制体积法,利用等流率注射数值模拟获得熔体前沿的速度,该速度的倒数与充填百分比的曲线作为螺杆注射速率的相对变化曲线。经过二次注射过程的数值计算即可获得较均匀的熔体前沿速度。通过与现有文献中的结果比较,实例计算表明了本文方法的性能良好。

Abstract:A directly determination method of injection velocity was proposed based on numerical simulation.The implicit control-volume method was used,the constant flow rate was employed to get the melt front velocity profile,and the reciprocal of the velocity was utilized for the designation of ram speed.The second running of numerical simulation generated the equalized velocities of melt fronts.Compared with the available results,the case studies showed that the method was effective and efficient.
