温和气单胞菌对齐口裂腹鱼血清中抗氧化酶的影响

摘    要:为探讨温和气单胞菌对齐口裂腹鱼抗氧化能力的影响,采用人工回感实验对齐口裂腹鱼注射温和气单胞菌,在6个不同时间点测定4个血清指标:总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT) 、总超氧化物歧化酶活性(T-SOD)和黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)。结果表明:齐口裂腹鱼在感染48h后出现明显症状,与对照组相比,感染组血清T-SOD活力在感染12h后上升出现差异极显著(P<0.01),但在24h后显著下降。T-AOC在感染初期出现上升,48h呈极显著性升高,随后下降。CAT活性在感染初期明显增强,48h时出现极显著性差异(P<0.01),但72h后开始下降。XOD活性在感染24h后呈直线上升趋势。这有利于深入研究温和气单胞菌对鱼的致病机理。

Changes of serum antioxidant enzymes in Schizothorax prenanti artificially infected with Aeromomas sobria

Abstract:In order to discuss the effects of Aeromomas sobria on serum antioxidant enzymes in Schizothorax prenanti, health Schizothorax prenanti were artificially infected with Aeromomas sobria. The activities of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), xanthine oxidase (XOD) and catalase (CAT) were investigated at 6 time points. The results showed that the activities of T-SOD significantly increased at 12 h (P<0.01) and then decreased after 24 h. The activities of T-AOC increased and reached the highest level on 48 h (P<0.01), then quickly decreased. The activities of CAT initially increased and then decreased after 48 h. The activities of XOD continuously increased after 24 h (P<0.01). These results suggested that four serum indices could be an important reference index of health and diagnosis of Schizothorax prenanti.
